I serve as a Teaching Elder and Co-Pastor of Nations Church, a multi-ethnic church in Arlington, Texas, formed through the coming together of three congregations.

My work includes preaching and teaching, strategic leadership, developing leaders, pastoral care, and helping build a healthy church culture where people from different generations, backgrounds, and nationalities can become one family in Christ.

Helping lead three churches into one has also given me firsthand experience navigating organizational change, honoring different histories, building trust, and pursuing unity without requiring uniformity.

I serve as a strategist with Engage Arlington, helping strengthen relationships among churches and leaders who share a desire to love and serve our city well.

My involvement in citywide ministry began years ago by bringing youth pastors together and has grown into broader collaboration across churches, community organizations, schools, and civic leaders.

This work continues to reinforce something I deeply believe: meaningful change rarely happens in isolation. It happens when people build trust, share resources, and work together for the good of their community.

Baseball has been part of my life for years, and today I have the privilege of officiating at the college and high school levels.

Umpiring keeps me connected to a game I love while continually teaching me about preparation, judgment, teamwork, handling conflict, and staying composed when everyone doesn't agree with the call.

It also keeps me humble. In baseball, as in life, you make the best call you can, learn when you miss one, and get ready for the next pitch.
